Project Open Hand is happy to announce our new partnership with Big Tattoo Wines and that 50 cents of every bottle sold during 2008 in Northern California will go to POH. Big Tattoo Wines, a partnership between brothers Erik and Alex Bartholomaus, began in 2002 as a way to raise funds for charity in memory of their mother, Lilana S. Bartholomaus. 50 cents from every bottle sold of Big Tattoo Wine is donated in their mother’s name, with a portion benefitting the community where it is sold. By 2007, over 70 charities in approximately 33 states have benefitted from more than $1 million dollars raised.
