Project Open Hand/SF Giants Plate to Plate 5K Run/Walk Across Home Plate

POH will host its Second Annual 5K Run/Walk in conjunction with the San Francisco Giants. Participants will once again have the unique opportunity to cross home plate at AT&T Park! The event also consists of a festival featuring food, giveaways and live entertainment after the run/walk. Registrations include a ticket to the game that day (Giants vs. the San Diego Padres). You can either register individually or as part of a team. You may also raise pledges, which go directly to POH.
