Third Annual Community, Heart, Hand and Hop

The Third Annual Community, Heart, Hand and Hope was held at the Giftcenter Pavilion in San Francisco on March 16, 2004.
Organized by the Northern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (NCCMPI), the event was a benefit for Project Open Hand and
Sunburst Projects, and raised almost $5,000 for Project Open Hand's meal and nutrition servicesnsert event description.
