Honeydew melons are made up of arround 90% water. This makes them a hydrating fruit that can replenish fluids and electrolytes while being low in calories and sugar. Perfect for a summer day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium honeydew
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • fresh mint (optional)

Directions

  1. Rinse the fruit. Carefully peel and cut the honeydew into chunks. 
  2. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with love. 

    Best enjoyed within the first 24 hours. Water and fruit will separate - stir well before serving. Leftovers can be frozen into cubes and added to water for a hint for fruity flavor.
