At Project Open Hand, volunteers contribute to our mission to improve health outcomes and quality of life by providing nutritious meals to the sick and vulnerable, caring for and educating our community.
We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved in San Francisco and the East Bay. Volunteers help prepare, package and deliver meals with love, and distribute groceries to sick and elderly neighbors. Volunteers also help us staff special events throughout the year.
Join us in providing nutritious meals that help our clients recover from illness, regain strength, and lead healthier lives. Learn more below!
