California State Assemblymember David Chiu visited Project Open Hand on Friday, May 8 for a volunteer shift in the San Francisco Grocery Center. To support our efforts during the COVID-19 Crisis, Chiu shopped for medically appropriate groceries for clients.
He took time out during his visit to talk about POH's 35th Anniversary and the importance of its work to provide life-saving nutrition to the community.
